• Preparation of monthly Construction reports, S-Curve histograms For the construction activities & resources.
• Monitoring daily Progress and implementing corrective actions & Resources feeding.
• Co-ordination with structural; electrical engineers and other utilities and Meeting with clients; Sub contractors to review project status and relative issues so as to ensure timely smooth progress of work .
• Issuing letters to sub contractors & all Parties concerning the Programmer situations.
• Monitoring drawings, site instructions & variations to ensure that all Financial entitlements are obtained.
•  sharing the preparation of Method Statements to each activities/ site controlling procedures.
• Preparation of a claim, by identifying delays and impediments and Bringing up reasons and responsibilities.
• Analyzing and preparing contract documents and B.O.Q.'s for tendering.
• Inspected sites during the substantial completion stage as a member of The Inspection committee.
